Cunostinte si calificari necesare:
Cunostinte de baza MS Office (Word, PDF) si utilizare scaner;
Cunostinte medii de limba Engleza sau Germana;
Dexteritate digitala, viteza de operare si acuratetea procesarii;
Abilitati de organizare si planificare a activitatii;
Disponibilitate la efort fizic (cutiile cu documente avand aprox 10 kg);
Capacitate de concentrare si atentie la detalii;
Certificat de cazier judiciar la zi;
Rezistenta la munca repetitiva, de rutina.

Experienta ta de munca:
Experienta anterioara similara (scanare documente, inregistrare date, arhivare documente) constituie avantaj;

Responsabilitati:
Receptionarea cutiilor cu documente care urmeaza sa fie scanate;
Scanarea documentelor respectand indicatorii de calitate agreati precum si conform procedurilor interne;
Inregistrarea documentelor si a datelor scanate, in concordanta cu cerintele transmise de superiorul direct;
Verificarea corectitudinii datelor inregistrate si informarea electronica a unor neconformitati;
Arhivarea documentelor;
Refacerea cutiilor cu documente si predarea acestora pentru a fi depozitate, in aceleasi conditii ca si la preluare;
Respectarea termenelor limita stabilite in cadrul proiectului;
Respectarea cu strictete a normelor si procedurilor de confidentialitate.

Specialist salarizare – resurse umane

1. Pregatirea si realizarea salarizarii personalului
– Intocmirea statelor de salarii;
– Lista obligatiilor de plata;
– Depunerea declaratiei unice 112
– Depunerea cererilor de recuperare la FNUASS
– Intocmirea fluturasilor de salarii in formatul dorit de client;
– Alte situatii solicitate de client legate de salarizare;
2. Gestionarea documentelor de personal
– Completarea dosarului de personal
– Tinerea la zi a dosarului de personal
– Inregistrarea firmei la ITM si obtinerea parolei REVISAL
– Gestionarea Registrului de Evidenta a Salariatilor;
– Intocmirea contractelor individuale de munca (CIM), a actelor aditionale de prelungire si incetare a CIM;

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technologist CNC-Machines to join our client in the Technology Department in Cluj.  As a member of the team, you will set up the machines, hand them and train the employees (in showroom or customers place), you will offer support for a sales team to make presentations for clients.

Your knowledge & qualifications:

  • University Degree in Machine Tools (milling/turning)
  • PC-Computer with MS-Office and internet application skills and data management.
  • CNC controls (Haas / Fanuc) you mastered properly
  • You are familiar with manufacturing in CAD/CAM (Auto CAD / SolidWorks / Esprit)
  • Good command of English (good understanding by reading manuals and instructions; phone conversation with international partners; email and service reports)

Your work experience:

  • Several years of professional experience acquired as a CNC operator in milling / turning and CNC programing you are accustomed to working independently

Your job: In order to travel to customer set up machine and train employee as daily business, the main areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Customer visits with the seller.  Support for sales
  • Independent work out of application solutions
  • Cycle time calculations and presentation to the customer
  • Machine set up and hand over (Teximp Cluj showroom or customers place)
  • Employee training (Teximp Cluj showroom or customers place)
  • Responsible for the machines in our showroom: ready for running test cut, customer training and visit.
