HEKS/EPER Romania gathers the active HR experts again! This time we dedicate our expertise in recruitment and selection to another kind of clients: the Ukrainian refugees and to another goal, being on the candidate’s side to facilitate access to labor market. We counsel and coach our clients while earning their first job in Romania and on their way to accessing a better qualified and better paid job, closer to their expertise and education level.  The international stakeholders and local professionals put together the expertise and resources in order to address and develop the most efficient technical tools  to support a recruiter express the entire value of his/her expertise to reach our common goal: give the professional background of our clients the highest realistic value on the romanian labor market.

HEKS/EPER Romania has been supporting the Ukrainians in their country, at the border, in our country since February 2022 and now on the labor market. The HR community in Cluj can now bring their support doing what they can do best: be the professionals in assessing and placing our clients at the best professional opportunities for them.

Qualities that would trigger high performance and satisfaction:

–        Broad understanding of Cluj labor market, job descriptions and specifications of a wide range of positions acquired during at least 2 year experience in staffing

–        Good mastering of competence assessment techniques

–        Bachelor or Master’s degree in Psychology/Human Resources would be nice to have

–        Very high proficiency in Romanian (native preferably), High proficiency in English (written and oral, c1/c2); Russian and/or Ukrainan is a nice to have

–        Confortable with public speaking, subtle persuasion, sympathy and enthusiasm are mandatory

–        Last but not least a very high motivation in being on the candidates’ side with technical and realistic approach

–        Goal oriented, perseverance

Position responsabilities and taskes:

–        Conduct individual career counseling sessions for assessing the highest realistic professional goal considering the education, skills and professional aspiration of the ukrainian refugee

–        Mediate support groups in acquiring the necessary skills for accessing the labor market (CV building, interview preparation, job fair readiness)

–        Build an individual career path based on available job opportunities for the highest possible but realistic entry position and build the way for a better qualified and better paid job.

–        Accompany the Ukrainian refugee in earning an interview and during induction

–        Be a trusted advisor for legal and financial aspect related to labor in Romania

–        Empower,  motivate, coach our clients through the process

–        Map the labor market for vacancies suitable for our clients and manage the relationship with the employers, organize interviews and job fairs

Responsabilitati

  • Gestionarea relatiilor cu clientii in aria:
    • informarilor prin news-lettere
    • intampinarea si directionarea oaspetilor care vin la sediul companiei
    • transmiterea si intocmirea facturilor
  • Managementul documentelor originale
    • colectarea, arhivarea si gestionarea documentelor originale ale companiei (contracte comerciale, documente financiare, documentele de resurse umane, etc)
    • mentinerea relatiei cu departamentul de contabilitate pentru transmiterea facturilor
  • Redactarea de documente si situatii folosind pachetul Microsoft Office (preponderent Word, Excel)
  • centralizarea necesarului de birotica si protocol

Criterii de selectie:

Deoarece avem o traditie in integrarea tehnica si planurile de cariera, nu vizam experienta specifica obligatorie sau calificari. Autoaprecierea dumneavoastra pentru urmatoarele calitati ne da increderea unui potential succes:

  • abilitati de organizare a timpului, muncii si documentelor
  • abilitati de comunicare eficienta, verbala si scrisa
  • initiativa si creativitate

Asistent manager de proiect in finantare europeana

VRS recruteaza noi colegi cu gandul la ce vor putea deveni maine, persoane tinere, entuziaste, dornice sa invete, sa se dezvolte pentru a deveni manageri de proiect cu experienta.

Responsabilitatile acestui post sunt:

  • de asistare a managerului de proiect
    •  asistarea managerului de proiect in gestionarea documentelor (organizare, transmitere la institutii sau clienti, arhivare, completare de documente)
    • redactarea unor capitole din proiect, sub supervizarea managerului de proiect (analiza de piata, analiza financiara)
  • de dezvoltare a cunostintelor si abilitatilor pentru a evolua spre postul de Junior Project Manager
    • documentare individuala si sub supervizare
    • redactare si analiza de documente specifica pentru componenta proiectelor cu finantare europeana
    •   redactarea integrala a unor proiecte de complexitate redusa

Calitatile cautate:

  •  maxima atentie la detalii si munca cu documente
  • capacitate de organizare a muncii si a timpului
  • capacitate de concentrare in situatii de efort intelectual prelungit
  • capacitatea de a lucra in echipa

Menajera cu gatit, 4 zile/sapt., 4 ore/zi

In atributiile dumneavoastra vor intra responsabilitati precum igienizarea bucatariei si a bailor, sters praful, spalat haine, calcat si gatit un fel principal de mancare in fiecare zi.

Menajera – 6h/zi, 5 zile/sapt

Cautam o doamna sau o domnisoara harnica si atenta la detalii, careia ii place ordinea si curatenia, ca sa ne ajute pe timpul saptamanii cu menajul casei noastre de aproximativ 200 mp.

Printre responsabilitati se numara: aspiratul, spalatul pardoselii, sters praful, igienizare bucatarie si baie, spalat si calcat haine si dispobibilitatea pentru a gati cate o supa/ciorba traditionala.

Oferim un loc de munca stabil si un salar motivant.

Inginer calitate

Candidatul ideal

  • Minim 2 ani experienta in domeniul calitatii, preferabil in prelucrari mecanice; montaj
  • Studii tehnice

Descrierea jobului

  • Analizeaza si apreciaza conformitatea proceselor si produselor, optimizeaza Sistemul de Management al Calitatii;
  • Verificarea reperelor sa fie in conformitate cu documentatia tehnica. Masuratori cu ajutorul instrumentelor de masurat : subler, micrometru, masina de masurat in coordonate, etc.
  • Identifica produsele neconforme rezultate din procesul de fabricatie;
  • Redactarea documentatiilor si a rapoartelor necesare;
  • Rezolva problemele de calitate constatate pe fluxul de producţie;
  • Stabilirea si aplicarea masurilor corective si de imbunatatire referitoare la calitate in procesul de productie;
  • Participa la dezvoltarea si validarea de noi produse/procese si la instruirea operatorilor;
